It contains:
Wynyard Estate Saffron milled to a very fine powder.
A measuring spoon.
Approx. 120 serves per jar. Take once daily or 10mg in the morning and 10mg in the evening.
Q: How much Hawk Eye should I take?
A: We recommend you take 20mg in with your food or drink. Scientific Evidence determined the daily dose of Saffron is 20mg per day.

Q&A - SAFFRON
Q:When was your Saffron last graded as Premium Grade Saffron?
A: We started testing our Saffron in 2015. Our Saffron is tested against the strict International standards called the ISO3632:2 . We do NOT send our Saffron overseas for grading, we use our talent in New Zealand! This means you purchase our Super Negin Saffron with confidence knowing we are Premium Saffron.
Q: Can I buy Saffron threads from Wynyard Estate Saffron?
A. We stock our some Saffron in the Saffron Studio. However this is limited due to 98% of our Saffron is used for our Hawk Eye.
Q: I would like to buy a larger amount of Saffron - do you do wholesale pricing and export?
A: As 98% of our Saffron is now used in our Hawk Eye for eye health capsules, we no longer export our Saffron or sell in large amounts.
Q: Why don't I just buy Saffron threads to support my eye health?
A. You can certainly do this, but you must ensure that you are taking the right amount. We recommend you purchase a good quality scale that will allow you to measure this out correctly to stay on track.
Q: How can I tell if my Saffron is the real deal?
Q. Check the Aroma, Colour and Taste ratings (see our Saffron Quality) page for more information. Another quick test is to place your Saffron is hot water. The water should start to turn yellow, but the Saffron thread should remain red. If it turns opaque, then it's fake and the colour you see is dye. Be wary - it is estimated that 50% of all Saffron products have been adulterated in some way. Moreover, if your dried Saffron has yellow and white bits, we're sorry to say that these parts are not Saffron. These are left on there to increase the weight, so you pay more for less. Only the red part of the stigma has any value.
Q: Where else can I buy your Saffron?
A: Our Saffron threads are only available through our Saffron Studio.
